Instead of the 18 minutes required to watch some bullshit TED talk about algorithms, use those same minutes to watch thisamazing little piece of work by Ira Glass,which is about how to tie balloon animals but not really about that at all.

If you are thinking about how to tell a story, or communicate some important data, and you don’t see why just stating the factsisn’t enough, watch this. And if you know how to tell a story, watch it anyway.

Ira is totally brilliant. Must watch and worth sticking through the end of the video.
